While her home is in Washington DC, her roots grow deep in Iowa dirt; no matter where her travels take her, she always seems to find herself under the wide sky of the Midwest.
She drives blog ideas, social media updates, web content, and a well-loved Jeep Wrangler.
Growing up in a small farming community in Virginia, Shannon Wynn’s destiny changed forever the minute her dad taught her how to program a computer. Shannon went on to earn a degree in Communications at Elon University and later learn code at The Iron Yard. Being solar powered, she soon headed south to the warm Florida sunshine, where she picked up more than 20 years in television and radio production and her co-pilot, Stache, an adorable tuxedo cat who isn’t afraid to get in on the action.
She loves finding and creating that “Wow!” factor for clients by using the power of technology and exploring what’s next in the world of design and web-based media.

His fearless foray into social media taps into an infectious energy our clients (and our team) appreciate. Taylor rarely comes up with just one solution for clients, and his rapid-fire ideas are both sure-footed and adventurous. “Being able to work on a project from the creative side then go back into the analytics to see how people responded to it is amazing,” he adds. “I love being able to come up with a new idea for creative direction for a client and being able to find a way to make their brand even more successful on social media.”
Whether he is shooting video for an ad campaign or skeet on the range, Taylor always aims directly for the target.

And she does just that. “Figuring out what works and what doesn’t is an amazing feeling. Social media offers an endless amount of ways to approach, and solve, a problem. I think people often forget that, but that’s why Chatterkick is here.”
Lauren likes to keep it #real both in and out of the office. She is fluent in emojis, abbreviations, and can usually be found scouring the streets for vanity license plates.

Molly is a recent Central College grad who hopped off the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile to join our Chatterkick team. She may be the only one in the world with her job title, but she is also the best one for the role.
Molly brings big things to the table but carries a little notebook—literally and figuratively. Her experience with working on national social media campaigns means she understands the larger picture as well as all of its many moving parts. She also has very tiny handwriting, and rarely writes on the lines.
“My favorite part of my job is helping out with the little stuff,” she says. “You need a quick image for a blog? Done. You need someone to proofread? On it. You need a mustache sticker to brighten your day? I have a dispenser on my desk. No joke.”

With experience in social media, digital marketing, and advertising, Ali knows how to connect people in the digital world. “The key is to create a thoughtful strategy of curated content and campaign goals,” she says. “And to make it so well orchestrated it feels effortless and organic.”
“I’m not afraid to really get into the nitty-gritty details,” she adds. “A lot of time my job is balancing what a client wants with what a client needs. I think it’s more than asking the right questions; it’s also about listening and being willing to learn.”
When she’s not #ChatterKickingIt, Ali runs a lifestyle blog called Espresso Yourself and enjoys watching a lot of Netflix and eating a lot of sushi. As a University of Iowa grad with a degree in journalism and mass communications, you can expect her to cheer for the Hawkeyes come football season using colorful adjectives and perfect grammar.

“I enjoy creating social media content because I’m such a big fan of it,” states Tiffany. “Good social media is an art all its own. When it’s done well, it’s pretty exhilarating–and I always aim for that.”
Tiffany comes to Chatterkick with several years of experience in technology and digital marketing. Her previous experience was predominantly client-side, so she identifies easily with new and current clients, helping them see the value in having a boutique agency handle all of their social and digital media needs.
When the Louisiana State alumni is not stirring up delicious content for her clients, Tiffany is mixing it up in her home kitchen, whipping up some of her favorite dishes alongside the new recipes she couldn’t wait to try.

A Kingsley, Iowa native with a happy passion for digital marketing, Lindsay adds a diverse background in retail, communications, and design to the Chatterkick powerhouse. She emphasizes the human experience throughout her entire portfolio. “People don’t follow brands because of their products. They follow them for the experience,” says Lindsay, who graduated from SDSU (Go Jacks!) with a degree in Advertising and Marketing. “That’s why I encourage my clients to be real, nice, and as human as possible—as much as possible.”
When she isn’t connecting humans together on social media, Lindsay is connecting with a good book, a local hiking trail, and the ripples of Lewis and Clark Lake in Yankton, SD.

Kristen loves storytelling. – Whether it’s reading a story or writing one… and once upon a time she thought she would act out stories on the stage or big screen. That didn’t pan out as a career. So, for several years, Kristen worked in broadcast journalism and public relations, where she could help others tell their stories.
Kristen also loves learning, which is what led her to become a college professor of journalism and mass communications for a number of years. She thrives on teaching new things to others and doing research. – Most of this research happens to be technology and social media related. Thus, getting a job at a social media agency was a bit of a dream for Kristen.
In her role at Chatterkick, Kristen strives to draw on her experience as a storyteller and educator to help her clients tell their business story using social platforms.
Kristen’s favorite moments in her life story are those when she is spending time with her two little girls and her husband.
