Beth Trejo

Founder + CEO

Beth Trejo is a community advocate, keynote speaker, podcaster, and fearless founder of Chatterkick—a remote-first social media agency built to do things differently. From day one, Beth had three goals: rethink how businesses connect online, open more doors for women in tech, and make sure the journey is actually fun. (Because everything works better when you love what you do, and she does.)

A champion for human-first digital strategy, Beth blends creative leadership with deep expertise in influencer marketing, paid social, executive LinkedIn branding, generative AI tools, and recruitment marketing. She’s all about helping brands build real relationships, not just rack up impressions.

Beth’s work and leadership have earned national recognition. Chatterkick has been named one of the Best Places for Working Parents four years in a row (2022–2025), and was honored as a Clutch Global Winner and Clutch Champion in 2024. The agency also ranks as a top women-owned digital strategy and social media marketing company.

Beth herself has been featured in USA Today, Yahoo, and Business Insider for landing on Comparably’s Top 50 CEOs for Women list, two years running. She was also recognized as Women Aware’s 2018 Women Helping Women honoree for her work advancing women in tech and entrepreneurship.

She mentors nonprofits and aspiring entrepreneurs, and launched a podcast highlighting female leadership across Iowa. Outside of work, she’s a proud wife and mom to two tech-savvy kids who keep her inspired and in the loop.
