Meet Carlee LaRue

Carlee LaRue is an Operations Assistant at Chatterkick who keeps client work moving—bringing structure to fast-paced projects, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. She works across teams to keep communication clear and client accounts organized, supported, and running smoothly.

Carlee spent years working across nonprofits, schools, and government, where she developed a strong foundation in managing complexity, coordinating people, and turning unclear situations into systems that actually work. She has secured nearly $100,000 in grant funding for local organizations in need and also serves on the Timothy Hearld Memorial Scholarship Committee.

Outside of work, Carlee enjoys hands-on projects centered around her homestead, where she lives with her husband, Hunter, and their three children, Bailey, Myla, and Luna. She’s always learning new skills and finding ways to create more from scratch—whether that’s growing and preserving food, running a small u-pick flower farm, or taking on new projects at home.
